Lickety Split (Line dance to “Stuck Like Glue”).

I can’t decide if the name sounds dirty or fun.  But I guess either work!  (No clue where my brain is today.)

Kalli and I decided a few weeks back that we needed a dance to go with Stuck Like Glue… otherwise everybody was going to get stuck with our (her) interpretive dancing to the song.  Think “charades” to songs… so a youTube search found “Lickety Split” by Amanda Andrews.  We’ve found that it’s simple to learn and pretty fun on the floor.  It’s also one of those dances that you can use to a number of things (which I personally always like).  “Stuck Like Glue,” of course, is our favorite.

I’ll add to the list as I come up with things, but other songs that this dance goes with well (from my playlist… so the song may not neccessarily be released and one you’ll hear out):

“Love Done Gone” by Billy Currington
“Welcome to the Future” by Brad Paisley
“You Do The Math” by Brad Paisley

I’ll add to this list as I come up with more (or remember them for that matter).  There are quite a few while we’re at Saddleridge we’ll use this for if we have nothing else.

Side Note:  Boo to building management closing off the empty office in our building… I used to use it for lunchtime line dancing lessons for coworkers.  Boo to people doing their job.  Booooo.

Side Side Note:  Boooooo to underage girls who sneak into bars and just get obnoxiously drunk.  You annoy us.
